Delivering a workshop in Dubai

I am travelling to Dubai with my family for a holiday in June. I was hoping to make contact with a University or a teaching institution interested in hosting an aquatic teachers workshop. This would be a training weekend for people wanting to teach/coach swimmers. Who would I contact
