Converting to Work Visa without exiting the country

I am looking forward to visit Dubai to obtain a suitable job. But i am confused as to which visa to apply so that can be converted easily to work visa without exiting the country. I am totally confused about the new rule as every site has different thing to say.

Also i have come across a visa that is for a month which can be renewed for another 40 days. What visa is that and can that be converted to work visa as there is no information online.
