Confused... -My husband is on a 6 month probationary period in Abu Dhabi

My husband is on a 6 month probationary period in Abu Dhabi then only reason why I stayed here is to have my baby we are all US citizens.

In order for me to come to my husband me and my son what needs to be done? Who has to be my sponser? How long does a visa take? Will I be accepted or not? Please can I have answers that I need and thank you
