Change of visa

I was employed in Dubai based company with my entire family. I have canceled my visa as well as there visa. I have got new employment visa from Ajmaan. Do i need to exit and re-enter UAE with my family or alone is possible?

As i have driving license from UAE and a car insured. Which will be the most easiest / simplest and cheapest way to exit and re enter UAE in short time?
