cancellation of resident visa for Dubai

My resident Visa for Dubai was issued before two months ago from today(18.10.2008). But I have resigned that company before entering in Dubai. Now I am selected another company in Dubai for permanent employee.
My question no.1: Whether can i got new resident visa for this new Company?
No.2: Is the visa automotive canceled, if i not enter in Dubai within 60days from date of issue of Visa?
