Cancellation of employment visa

My location is in the Philippines, and i apply for a direct hire in sharja as engineer, somehow i got personal a problem to pursue me to cancel my employment visa, how if my employer don't gave me a cancellation for my employment visa, how long it will take to have an automatic cancel, but i did not sign any contract because I am here in the Philippines.
