Can kids swim in the sea in november?

Hello, we would like to go on holiday in Dubai with two small kids (3 years old and 5 years old). Does the weather allow the kids to play on the beach and in the sea in November?

Yeah, as long as they are covered in sun block or those special kiddies swinsuits that block any sun out, and deff a sun hat to keep the sun off their heads. its just like being at any resort abroad, but a bit hotter! enjoy Dubai, i will be there, yet again, in nov/dec too!
