Can i get tourist visa on arrival?

I've bought plane ticket from Virgin and booked hotel for 10 days in Dubai ; I'm living in the UK for 6 years but hold a Polish passport ; do I need a visa or not ; already have hotel answer witch means they can't help me ; trying contact UAE with need/no need question without success ; please help ;
