Asking Information about cancellation visa.

Dear Sir,

Please let me know if someone worked as a Housemaid for long years in Dubai & If he has cancelled his visa and come to his country again,please tel me whether that person can come to UAE again as a housemaid? What is the time duration to re enter to the country?
