After cancelling residence visa in Dubai. What is the procedure to come back to Dubai city?

Question I am Bharathi Reddy, I have worked in an restaurant in Bur Dubai. I finished my 3years contract of residence via visa and I came to India, now i have to go back to Dubai city, what is the procedure?

Some body says that you have got six month ban after 6 month only you can enter Dubai on residence visa but you can enter with visit visa and somebody says that you have fished your contract of three years and you don't have any ban on your visa, you can enter Dubai anywhere anytime.

So please get the proper procedure so that i can enter the Dubai city at any time..
