3 month visit for dubai

I am Pakistani national and had been living in Saudi Arabia since my childhood. And currently I am under a workers visa with a construction and marketing company. I have a good experience in graphics designing and 3d modeling and animations. I wish to expand my experience by visiting Dubai. Can you give me the guide lines on how to get a 3 month visit visa to Dubai? Will I need any kind of sponsor ship letter from my sponsor in Saudi Arabia or can I get it by my own?
